Painted while sat on the beach in Nafpaktos, Greece. I love the pattern and rhythm of figures and parasols in this setting and the snippets of conversations I hear as I work. I started going to this historic town in Greece for holidays about 20 years ago. Back then, everyone spoke Greek. Now there are a lot of Americans so I understand a lot more of what is said!
