I am Sarah Manolescue, a plein air painter working direct from the subject in all seasons and weathers. Inspired by light, I seek to capture a fleeting moment in time, working alla prima (Italian for ‘at once’). I like to work on small boards; I think small often results in little gems.

I am thrilled to present my 2026 A3 calendar. Featuring 13 of my favourite paintings from the last 12 months, it is a great size to keep track of everything going on in your life.
